Summary

Dealing with multiple equipment failures in a basement can disrupt daily routines and even risk water damage. This project called for us to replace a damaged well pressure tank, sump pump, and electric water heater, then re-run the plumbing to tie it all together. The homeowner needed a lasting fix to keep their water system running smoothly.

The Work

Removed the old well pressure tank, sump pump, and electric water heater
Installed a new 20-gallon well pressure tank and reconnected all necessary plumbing
Replaced the sump pump with a 1/3hp submersible model
Installed a new 50-gallon electric water heater, including all required materials
Re-routed plumbing to and from each new system for reliable operation

The Outcome

After the work, the homeowner had a fully restored water system with updated equipment. The risk of leaks and water issues was reduced, giving them steady water pressure and peace of mind about basement flooding.
